The Crank Brother have done it again with their lightest all-titanium set of pedals that have an open design crafted to allow mud, dirt and nature's waste to pass right though your system as you engage your cleats.
The Egg Beater 11 Pedals not only have have titanium bodies, but also wings, and spindles with a stainless steel spring forged for durability and consistent tension—not to mention you will never have to worry about your pedals corroding.
Thanks to their four-sided wing, the Egg Beater 11 Pedals make engaging with your pedals ultra simple, while when clipped in, it rotates either forward or backwards under pressure of your foot to quickly and smoothy engage the cleated bolt to the sole of your shoe, and its needle and cartridge bearings keep the system spinning smoothly.
The Egg Beater 11 Pedals provide either a 15 or 20 degree release angle, depending on the right/left installation, for a customized fit. Crank Brothers recommend a 200lb (90kg) rider weight limit.
