The CycleOps Mag trainer offers the same 5-level adjustable magnetic resistance found on the Mag+, but it lacks the handlebar-mounted lever to adjust resistance. Without the lever, you’ll simply need to hop off your bike and adjust the resistance settings on the unit itself. It’s not the end of the world, but it can make interval workouts a bit more of a hassle. Just like every CycleOps trainer, the CycleOps Mag has a lifetime frame warranty. You’ll also get a training DVD with the CycleOps Mag trainer, giving you an easy way to get into a targeted and efficient workout routine.
