Power to the People
Power meters are transforming the ways endurance athletes train on the bike. This talk, presented by Jason Digman will provide a thorough introduction to power based training for cyclists and triathletes of all levels. Come out and learn about how you can take your riding to the next level.
Jason Digman is the coach of Dig It Triathlon and Multisport. As an expert in power based training, he coaches cyclists and triathletes throughout the country.
