New for 2010, the Fulcrum Racing 3 2-Way Fit Wheelset brings tubeless technology into a lower price bracket. In order to get the price down on the Racing 3 2-Way Fit, Fulcrum uses butted steel spokes as opposed to the aluminum spokes used on their higher end wheels and doesn’t go as far with aluminum bits and pieces elsewhere in the wheels.
Even with the cost-cutting measures, the Fulcrum Racing 3 2-Way Fit Wheelset comes in at a very respectable 1595 grams. Although some of the features of the pricier wheels may be absent, the Fulcrum Racing 3 2-Way Fit Wheelset still features machined rims, Fulcrum’s Two-to-One rear wheel lacing pattern, and of course the ability to run either a conventional clincher tire and tube or a tubeless tire.
By going tubeless, you’ll get not only a smoother ride, but also less rolling resistance.

Mavic is back and is hitting it hard with their Ksyrium, R-SYS and Elite models and we've got the skinny on everything you're going to need to know.
What are the functions of a bicycle wheel? Besides the obvious function of supporting a rider and providing a place to put a tire and gear cluster, a bicycle wheel needs to excel at some specific characteristics. These characteristics often seem to be working against each other.
Mavic has made a powerhouse in their Ksyrium Elite and we're about to prove it to you.
From its rims and spokes, handling and flawless position, Mavic's Cosmic Carbone was designed to become the new standard and it's pretty much out of this world.
