With that said, our return & exchange policy was designed to prove just that.

We're proud to offer FREE returns & exchanges for an entire 365 days after your purchase date, with no strings attached and no super-secret impossible-to-read fine print.

All of this because we want you to know you'll always come first in our book.

If you're not satisfied with your excelcycle purchase for any reason, or whether you'd like to return it because it's the wrong size, shape, color or even if you decided you'd rather opt for an entirely different product, we've got your back. Simply send back your unused merchandise in its original packaging.

How does it work?

Contact us via phone at 877.474.3180 or send us an email at returns@excelcycle.com with your contact information, date of purchase if you're able to recall, what it is you wish to return, and if it's an exchange, include what product(s) you would like to receive in return.

Every package is shipped out with a pre-paid, easy to use return label. After you've notified us that you're sending us back products, simply tape the label back on the original box and drop it off any any FedEx location. If for some reason you may have gotten rid of the return label, have no fear, hit us up via phone or email and we will email you a new one.

When the package arrives on our end, in 3-5 business days your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card company.  Please be aware that, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after you refund is is applied to post to your account.

If you opted for an exchange we will promptly send out your new merchandise by means of our shipping policy.
