Description
The 105 5701 10 Speed Chain was upgraded with a new shape to its outer and inner plates to only enhance their jobs, where the inside of the chain is designed to shift ideally with the cassette and the outer is made to do the same thing with the chainrings. Aside from perfecting plate design, the 105 5701 10 Speed Chain plates are also perforated to shed weight without sacrificing its sheer strength.
Designed to be used with a double crankset only, the 105 5701 10 Speed Chain is super durable due to a chromising treatment on its link pins and the heat treatment of rollers, pins and plates. The 105 5701 10 Speed Chain is directional like the 7900 and 6700 models so it's essential that it's installed in the correct orientation.
