Yeah, sure we know it's technically "more fun," but we think it rolls off the tongue better, no?

At excelcycle our mission is to get you out and riding as much as possible, so we've structured our shipping policy to help you do just that.

If you opt for FREE ground shipping with any order $50 or more, you'll see your package in 3-5 business days.

We want you to be happy, so we strive to get all orders shipped out the same day in which they were placed and guarantee in-stock items will ship out within 24 hours of placement. If you happen to place an order on Saturdays or on Sundays, your package will be sent out first thing Monday morning.

We also guarantee that if a situation arrises in which an order can't be shipped in a timely fashion, such as backorders or stock-outs, we promise to do you the justice of contacting you immediately to find a solution that will leave you satisfied.
