The cold-forged arms don’t flex, and the power comes on in a linear fashion, so there’s no grabbing or loss of power as you really test them.
They may weigh more than a Zero Gravity or Feather brake, but they stop much better and much more smoothly, and they’re a lot lighter than many of the other major manufacturers’ high-end offerings.
