    The Flow Trainer with Gel Roller is one of their most widely used products, for good reason, and it's the perfect entry-level ergotrainer with a frame that rebounds slightly while you ride.

    It includes four training parameters that include heart rate, speed, power and pedaling cadence that are meticulously measured and visualized on display of the handlebar computer to help you reign in on your training focus to make you a more efficient, powerful and informed rider. The Flow Trainer with Gel Roller allows you to fully customize the included software and programming in an array of ways dependent on how and why you want to train, may that be for power, speed or even slope, where the electromagnetic brake is managed through the handlebar computer.

    Specifically designed to reduce noise and be ultra durable, the Flow Trainer with Gel Roller works with you to find your specific training ride and flow, where you're able to train at your own specifications to improve on your fitness for an optimum performance when you're out of training mode.

    Utilizing 6 electromagnets, the Flow Trainer with Gel Roller includes skyliner front wheel support and is compatible with all analog HRM straps and uses ground-breaking training where you're able to measure speed, including current speed, stop watch, trip distance and total distance. It also accuratly measures and displays cadence, where you're given the power to see maximum cadence, total number of revolutions during the session, power that measures average versus current power, total consumption in kcal, heart rate that illustrates current heart rate and average heart rate veers maximum heart rate and an indicator that indicates whether the current training information is running above or below the average, and more.
