Secure and lube both brake levers; remove, trim and lube cables; secure calipers; adjust pivots; adjust hubs; true wheels laterally to .5mm tolerance; measure and adjust spoke tension; clean rims; set brake pad clearance; adjust pads; center calipers. No additional service charges for installation of new cables, brake pads, or calipers.
Drive Train Overhaul and Shift System Tune-up
Remove and clean chain rings, loctite chain ring bolts nad torque to spec; remove both derailleurs, (derailieur pulleys are removed but not put in solvent), freewheel/cassette, and chain (unless Campy); remove, trim, and lube cables; lube, secure, and adjust shift levers; lube and adjust derailleurs. Check and adjust torque on drive and non-drive bottom bracket. No additional service charges for installation of new cables, chain rings, freewheel, chain, or derailleurs.
Cup and Cone Bearing Overhaul Package
Disassemble headset, front hub, rear hub, and bottom bracket. Clean and inspect bearing surfaces. Install new high quality grade 25 ball bearings and repack with Phil Wood grease. Precision adjustment of bearings.
Derailleur and Bottom Bracket Adjust Package
Remove, lube, and trim derailleur cables. Adjust front and rear derailleur limit screws. Adjust cables indexing. Adjust bottom bracket bearings when possible to allow proper front derailleur adjustment.
Excel Tune Up
Combination of Brake & Wheel System Tune Up and Derailleur & Bottom Bracket Adjust Package with the addition of headset adjust.
Sprint Tune Up
Combination of Brake & Wheel System Tune Up and Drive Train Tune Up with the addition of headset adjust.
Century Overhaul
Combination of Brake & Wheel System Tune Up and Bearing Overhaul Package. (Does not include drive train cleaning).
Preem Overhaul
