Warranty Information
All equipment purchased from excelcycle is covered by warranty for manufacturer and/or installation defects. Manufacturer's warranties vary by product while all installation issues are covered for one year from the installation date.
Online Purchase Return Policy
excelcycle will refund the purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges, on products purchased online, for a period of 60 days after the invoice date. This pertains to unopened and unused product. Any product opened and unused will be subject to an additional 15% re-stock charge and any special order product, product other than what excelcycle handles, is not subject to return. All products must be returned in the original packaging. After 60 days, excelcycle reserves the right not to accept any returned materials. Food and personal care items may not be returned.
An RMA must be obtained prior to return and product being shipped back to excelcycle. Shipping charges are at the sender's expense and must be shipped within 5 days of an RMA being issued. RMAs can be obtained by using the online returns function, emailing returns@excelcycle.com or calling 952.474.3180.

Any returns will be refunded to original payment method if returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days refunds will be in-store or online store credit.
In the event of error on excelcycle's part, all shipping and handling will be incurred by excelcycle.
